01. Planning & Strategy
Continuous communication with customers and other stakeholders to gather & document requirements. Based on the requirements a detailed plan is created.
02. Prototyping
An early and rapid sample is created to provide all stakeholders a visual and incomplete version of the larger concept or business goal to be achieved.
03. Design
Creating UIs, themes, models, elements, etc. for use across pages and features. Following style and design guidelines to conform to standards.
04. Development
Accomplishing functional goals through coding/programming and use of third-party tools. Be it for a software, application or eLearning module.
05. Testing
The product developed is tested against the requirements to ensure the product meets the objective as mentioned in the requirements document.
06. Integration
Post deployment of the final product, integration testing is conducted to ensure proper functioning before release to the end users. This marks the end of the project.
